Throughout the year various inter house competitions are organized for dance, drawing, elocution, calligraphy, creative writing etc to instill confidence in students and to develop the habit of public speaking. As a result Aanchalites, by the time they are in Lower Kindergarten they do not have any stage fear. The school is divided in to four houses namely Aakash, Prithvi , Jal and Agni for this purpose. Each house is headed by a captain and a vice captain. A member of staff acts as a house incharge and is assisted by other staff members. Points are awarded to students throughout the year for academics, extracurricular, games and sports. Inter house competitions are also organised from time to time.
The Annual Function “Xpressions” is celebrated every year in Tagore Theatre where 100% participation is mandatory. Students participate with great enthusiasm. Not only this parents as a supportive audience are also an integral part of this function.
The annual Prize Distribution function and Athletic Meet is held annually in the month of February, to boost the confidence of the kids and encourage them to perform better in the future.

Celebrations:
At Aanchal, all festivals are celebrated. The School wears a festive look, based on the theme of the festival. The importance of the festival and its significance is explained to the students. They visit the temple, gurudwara, mosque or Church according to the occasion. The students have a fun filled day at school on these occasions.
We celebrate birthday’s of our student with enthusiasm. We make it a point that the child feels special and enjoys his day with his friends and teachers.
