VISITS:
1. Tiny-tots of Pre-nursery went to the Traffic Park on 7th September. They saw a movie on traffic rules there. They learned about traffic rules and were shown charts giving information about road rules to ensure safety on roads.
2. Students of L.K.G. and U.K.G. were taken to the church. Students recited prayers there and the priest gave them an insight into the life of Lord Jesus Christ. The basic purpose of this visit is to give them an idea about the various religions and inculcate a habit of tolerance and understanding of the different faiths among children.


COMPETITIONS:

GANDHI JAYANTI
Children celebrated the Birth Anniversary of the ‘Father of Nation’ Mahatma Gandhi The School observed this day as ‘Sadhbhavna Diwas’. Everyone remembered the great ideas of a Great Leader and students were encouraged to emulate the teachings of ‘Mahatma Gandhi’. Patriotic songs, a small cultural programme and recital of poems on Bapu marked the occasion. Students of Pre-nursery, L.K.G. and U.K.G. actively participated in all these activities. Jatin a student of L.K.G. class recited a poem titled ‘Apna Bapu Pyara, Ek Mahatma Sant’. Students of L.K.G. and U.K.G. sang a melodious group song on non-violent freedom struggle of Mahatma Gandhi. Tiny-tots came dressed up, as characters belonging to the Gandhian Era like Mahatma Gandhi, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Annie Basant, Jawaharlal Lal Nehru and spoke with poise and confidence.
The children went down the memory lane to rediscover ‘Bapu’ a phenomenon that even today we look towards for inspiration, as students of classes I and II presented a skit highlighting Gandhiji’s intrinsic love for truth and duty and love for humanity. The programme ended with the singing of Gandhiji’s favorite bhajan ‘Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram.

DUSSEHRA-30TH SEPTEMBER
Joy, gaiety & happiness pervaded the whole atmosphere as the school celebrated the festival of Dussehra. Girls from the junior classes presented a dance and the senior students enacted scenes from the Ramayana. Sanchit played the role of Lord Rama, Aman enacted the role of Laxman, Agam of class II was dressed up as Hanuman and Sanisha of class II enacted the character of Sita. Parents were also present in large numbers and everyone enjoyed the enactment of the scenes depicting the victory of good over evil. The students vowed to give up their bad habits. After that a 25 feet high effigy of Ravana was ignited . The deafening sound of the burning effigy sent a wave of excitement amongst all present. The Principal winded up the celebration by informing the students regarding the importance of the festival and extolled the children to be truthful in life and shun all bad habits.

COMPETITIONS ,VISITS AND CELEBRATIONS FOR OCTOBER

We are planning to organize a poster making competitions for seniors. In October solo singing competition will also be there for class I – VII.

HT Pace will organize a Diya and Candle making workshop on the occasion of Diwali.

VISITS
Students of L.K.G. and U.K.G. and students of classes I – VII will hold a rally in sector 37 and 41 and sector 17 to creating awareness among people not to burn Crackers and have a safe Diwali with the help of colorful posters on 17th and 18th October.

VISITS:
We have organized on outing to rose garden eleisure valley for our tiny tots . it is to make them closer to nature. To in cullate religions values of different religious in them we have organized a visit to church and mosque . We will take our juniors, pre nursery class to Traffic Park so that they can come to know about rules and safety meaners we should take on road.


COMPETITIONS:
In September calligraphy competition of classes L.K.G.and U.K.G will be held on 14th September. For pre nursery classes there will be a colouring competition on the same day . this is to test the writing capability of students . We have prize distribution function of juniors and we will also observe sadhavna week from 29th to 6oct

 


i) CALLIGRAPHY COMPETITION:
Students of classes L.K.G. and U.K.G. participated in calligraphy Competition held on 14th September. Students showed their skills of writing very neatly.

i) COLOURING COMPETITION: On 14th September a colouring Competition was held for our pre-nursery tiny tots. Students used their ingenuinity and filled the figures given to them with a riot of colours and some had really let their imagination loose.
